Auburn women's team dismantled non-conference rival George Washington 62-43 Saturday afternoon. It was Auburn's third consecutive win while George Washington finds itself in a tailspin with its fifth straight loss. The Tigers went 25-55 from the field including 4-13 from beyond the arc. The defense was suffocating as they held GW to a paltry 30.4% from the field. Alli Smalley led the way with 19 points and six assists, Blanche Alverson chipped in 14 points and Keke Carrier had 17 points on 7 of 9 shooting from the field along with two blocked shots.
