Why did Alabama Senator vote against Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor?
He tells Eagle Eye News in this exclusive video.

If you turned on your TV this summer, you saw Alabama Senator Jeff Session (R-AL) making headlines leading the charge against Supreme Court Justice then-nominee Sotomayor.
In the Senate hearings the senior republican to question Sotomayor for her past associations with the Puerto Rican Legal Defense and Education Fund (PRLDEF) and her now infamous “ wise Latina” comment. Sessions main contention with Sotomayor was her ability to separate empathy from her judicial rulings.
“"In the end, her testimony served as a repudiation of judicial activism,” wrote Sessions in a USA today article.
The Senate voted 13-6 to confirm the first Latin American Supreme Court Justice.
