George Wallace Announces Campaign for Treasurer

A meeting was held Thursday night to discuss the state of the Alabama PACT (Prepaid Affordable Tuition) program. The PACT Fund is currently set to runout of money by 2014 but has outstanding contracts for more than 20 years. At the meeting, George Wallace, the creator of the PACT program, announced he would be coming out of retirement in order to save PACT. Eagle Eye has exclusive video from the event.
