Native Americans Celebrate their Culture

Auburn students and the local community had a chance to step back in time and experience some aspects of Native American culture this week at the 6th annual War Eagle Native American Festvial. The festival celebrates the history and culture of southeastern indigenous peoples and included traditional singers, dancers, story tellers, and re-enacters from all over the country. The festival was hosted by the office of Diversity and Multi-cultural affairs and provided an educational opportunity to those interested in Native American culture.
