Auburn beats Mississippi St. 89-80 In Final Game in Beard-Eaves-Memorial Coliseum History

Auburn played well with Waller scoring 22 points and Knox picking up 21 to lead Auburn to an 89-80 win over Mississippi State on Wednesday night in a game where the five seniors accounted for all but 11 of the Tigers' points. Auburn also said goodbye to Beard-Eaves on Wednesday night with a special post game ceremony. Former players, coaches, and fans were in attendance at the game. Watch the video for more.

Tigers to Take on WildCats

Auburn Tigers are set to take the Northwestern Wildcats in this years Outback bowl. This came as a surprise as Wisconsin had been a rumored match-up. This is the first time the two teams have met and both had solid last games.
Auburn showed strong to the the number 2 Alabama and Northwestern won the upset against 24 ranked Wisconsin 33-31. Northwestern is looking for its first post-season win since the Rosebowl in 1949.

Arby Fields is the WildCats leading rusher with 294 yds and 5 touchdowns. The Northwestern defense gives up an average of 123.5 rushing yards a game and they are tied ninth in the FBS with 16 interceptions.
