Harry Adams a Junior on the Auburn University Track and Field team recently ran the fastest time in the world of 6.55 seconds for 2012 in the 60 meter dash. Harry looks to one compete in the Olympic Games.

At Auburn University, Intramural Basketball has started and has quickly grown in popularity. From beginner leagues to advanced, anyone can partake in the games. The games are held from Monday to Thursday and begin at 6:00 in the evening. Come out and support your fellow students!

After prematurely releasing news that the University of Missouri would be joining the SEC late in October, the SEC made it official that the conference has unanimously voted to accept 'Mizzou' as its 14th member. The Southeastern Conference released an official statement Sunday:

"The presidents and chancellors of the Southeastern Conference are pleased to welcome the University of Missouri to the SEC," said Florida President Bernie Machen, who is scheduled to join Missouri chancellor Brady Deaton and SEC commissioner Mike Slive at a campus news conference and public celebration of the move later Sunday. "The University of Missouri is a prestigious academic institution with a strong athletic tradition and a culture similar to our current institutions."
